FROM SAMPATH’S DESK: MUSIC TO EARS     Cock-a-doodle-doo of a rooster at dawn;   Chirping of birds; Squeaking of squirrels;   Whisper of a breeze;   Rustling of tree leaves while colliding with each other;   Pitter-patter of rain;   Babbling, trickling, or rippling of water-flow in rills, rivulets, and/or streams;   Hissing and swirling movements of 'to and fro' sea-waves at the edge of the coast;   Clip-clop of moving/galloping horse;   Gossip of people from a distance:   Laughter of naive children;   Roaring waterfall, harsh though;   Rattling yet rhythmic sound of a train crossing a river bridge.   Lullaby to make a baby sleep.     - Aren’t these music to ears?     R.SAMPATH 20.3.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   T-T-T     If you have the might, You can fight - Against enemies in sight; Day or night; Without any fright; And with determination and grit; Left and right; For causes that are just, And lit the lamp of triumph bright; And stand upright!     Nothing normally changes overnight; Especially the poor man's plight: There are many examples to cite; However, nothing is water tight; Let's contribute our mite; For a Good Samaritan act; To a philanthropic height; And emerge great!     R.SAMPATH 15.3.2026

FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   THAT…..     THAT'S the day on which I wanted THAT to happen, and THAT did happen, as expected, in THAT way I wanted THAT to happen; if THAT didn't happen, THAT would have been a feel-bad factor for me.     FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   CHILD     For parents, a child isn't just a boon; But, they are the earth- landed moon!   It's not a pittance; Tiny tots are rather your life hope radiance!   Children are the unbreakable link to posterity; For a bright futurity!   Don't assume they are innocent; Sometimes, they teach life lessons cent percent!   Kids do have a creative and inquisitive mind; Making adults spell-bound!     Toddlers do fall while on move: But, every time, they bounce back to improve!   Even a glimpse at little ones will reverse your sagging mood; And energize and rejuvenate, preventing you from becoming deadwood!   The munchkins are assiduous; And, at times, they tend to try things that are arduous!   The offsprings are kind; And, don't like to lag behind!   The wards' activities may prompt adults into daring quality; Bringing to the fore the...

FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   WOMEN POWER     Gone are the days when females were confined as show pieces to glass case; Nowadays, they've shattered the glass ceiling to emerge on par with males and keep equal pace!   Today, they cannot be fettered or restricted   only to protected cocoons; Rather, they have spread their wings and reached the horizons!   Holding half the sky, now they excel in every sector; Isn't it a good augury like nectar; Standing alongside men as co-creator and coordinator!   It's incorrect to say males are superior, And, females are subservient and inferior; As they have proved many times that they are no less than a warrior!   Women have burst the myth bubbles of male pretentiousness and loftiness; Yes, they have put a full stop to this false notion and hollowness!   Women do not just create posterity, But, as enlightened teachers, they are instrumental to children’s educational s...
