FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   N-N-N-N   'No PAIN, no GAIN' is a MAIN and FINE life CRITERION, which you must not BARGAIN ON.   RAIN or SHINE, REMAIN steadfast and be busy like a honeybee in your DOMAIN of activity. MAINTAIN the trend, SUSTAIN the pace.   You CAN STRAIN, even OVERSTRAIN, but not STAIN yourself in the process; don't go DOWN in quality in PRESENTATION of your teamwork.   If you MAINTAIN the trend, you CAN climb the MOUNTAIN of success.   However, TRAIN your mind to take both success and failure alike. For they are like both sides of the same COIN.
