MAINTAIN the trend, SUSTAIN the pace.   You CAN STRAIN, even OVERSTRAIN, but not STAIN yourself in the process; don't go DOWN in quality in PRESENTATION of your teamwork.   If you MAINTAIN the trend, you CAN climb the MOUNTAIN of success.   However, TRAIN your mind to take both success and failure alike. For they are like both sides of the same COIN.   FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   हमारी गौरवशाली सेना - OUR PRIDEFUL ARMY     भारत हमरे लिए प्यारा है।   यह हमारे लिए स्वर्ग भी है।   भारत देश हमारी सुरक्षा का वादा है।   हमारी सेना की सतर्कता और पराक्रम के कारण ही हम सुरक्षित हैं।   इस उद्देश्य के लिए हमारी सेना चौबीसों घंटे काम कर रही है।   इसीलिए हम हमेशा उनके आभारी रहेंगे।   वे न केवल देश की सीमाओं की रक्षा करते हैं , बल्कि आपदाओं और कठिन परिस्थितियों में स्थानीय लोगों के पुनर्निर्माण में भी अग्रणी भूमिका निभाते हैं।   अतः , हम अपनी तीनों सशस्त्र सेनाओं ( थल सेना , नौसेना और वायु सेना ) को सादर नमन करते हैं।       आर   संपत 16.4.2026
