  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   UPHOLD THE DIGNITY OF WOMEN       We do a tall rooftop TALK;   But hardly do the CAKEWALK;   To safeguard and respect the WOMENFOLK;   Hassled by inequality and violence, women daily have their ROPEWALK!         Not a single day passes without a report of INHUMANITY;   Against females of all ages with INDIGNITY; What is the use of continuing the lack of BENIGNITY? Without stopping the INANITY and INSANITY;   In our VICINITY!         Ill-treatment of those who hold half the sky is a SIN;   There are many savagery and old-school thoughts to SHUN;  And to be thrown into the BIN;   There is no use making a DIN?   Let's behave ourselves and act WIN-WIN!       R.SAMPATH 23.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   WAITING -  காத்திருப்பு -  इंतज़ार, प्रतीक्षा     Waiting is part of any ACTIVITY;   It's an act of POSSITIVITY;   And also, a POSSIBILITY;   Neither PASSIVITY;   Nor NEGATIVITY;   Nothing comes instantaneously, and there is a lead time; that's the REALITY!         Waiting isn't WASTE;   It gives you time to plan what is NEXT?   And find the BEST;   Way to ACCOMPLISH!         Waiting isn’t boring or VEXATIOUS;   And not to negatively OBSESS;   It represents a progressive PROCESS;   Stay calm and cool even amid CHAOS;   And with hard work, you will taste the inevitable SUCCESS!         R.SAMPATH 20.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   ROUTE TO SUCCESS     The basic characteristic is one’s ATTITUDE;   That decides the APTITUDE;   Which, in turn, improves an individual's RECTITUDE!   Good ideals and traits in MULTITUDE;   That enhance mental strength MAGNITUDE;   To swing into action with immense FORTITUDE;   With CERTITUDE and DEFINITUDE!   As you get all-round support, you won't be in a state of SOLITUDE;   All these will finally take you to a high reputation ALTITUDE,   With people displaying their GRATITUDE!       R.SAMPATH 19.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   CAPTAIN     Be a benevolent leader or CAPTAIN;   Who will be reliable and CERTAIN;   Not ABSTAIN;   And will never let anyone DOWN;   Unlike a dictatorial CHIEFTAIN!         A good leader encourages effective COMMUNION;   And efficient COMMUNICATION;   Yes, he leads by self- EXEMPLIFICATION;   If needed, provides CLARIFICATION;   But avoids self-GLORIFICATION!         He prioritizes the team FIRST; At any COST;     That's what he claims as the BEST;   With him around and his advice, nothing is LOST!         R SAMPATH 18.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK;     WINDOW - ஜன்னல் , சாளரம்  -  खिड़की , झरोखा       Windows are the gateway for entry of air, light, and heat, INSIDE;   Besides helping you watch the world OUTSIDE;   It’s not just to look at the goings-on in our vicinity ALONGSIDE;   Nearby buildings, passing traffic, local greenery, and the community activities - in short, your immediate NEIGHBOURHOOD; It arrests your sagging MOOD,   Offering you peace of MIND;    It could even be an open balcony, PROTRUDED;   Or a contiguous extension duly PROTECTED;   Or a sit-in with an aesthetic architecture - partly COVERED and partly UNCOVERED;   The murmuration of BIRDS, whichever that FLUTTERED and CHIRPED!   Last but not least, windows include that in vehicles too -  trains, buses, and the like - which may take you by WONDER!   R.SAMPATH 16.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   STREET VENDORS     Street peddlers with headloads, moving their carts, and/or riding on tricycles in lanes and bylanes, are a special LOT;   Whether it is rainy, cold, or HOT -   They are there THROUGHOUT;   They certainly deserve sympathy and SUPPORT;   For a hand-to-mouth existence they seek to eke OUT;   They're not for a big financial TURNOUT!           They don't have any GREED;   Neither do they eye for a great TRADE;   Nor a rich life to LEAD;   Just help him earn his daily BREAD;   By your patronage, they would stand in a good STEAD!         R.SAMPATH 15.7.2026
