  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   STREET VENDORS     Street peddlers with headloads, moving their carts, or riding on tricycles on lanes and bylanes are a special LOT;   Whether it's rainy, cold, or HOT;   They are there THROUGHOUT;   They certainly deserve sympathy and SUPPORT;   For a hand-to-mouth existence they seek to eke OUT;   They're not for a big financial TURNOUT!           They don't have any GREED;   Neither do they eye for a great TRADE;   Nor a rich life to LEAD;   Just make him earn his daily BREAD;   By your patronage, they would stand in a good STEAD!         R.SAMPATH 15.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   BICYCLE     A bicycle is almost within everyone's REACH;   It has a life lesson to TEACH;   If you operate, it runs; and if it's stopped, you lose BALANCE;   And it altogether stops its PERFORMANCE!         Don't miss to have your eyes on the BRAKE;   Otherwise, you will have some targets to BREAK;   It's a simple and cheap mode of TRANSPORT;   That helps you move to desired destinations with COMFORT and SUPPORT!         It's a poor man's CAR;   One can slowly and steadily go any FAR!   Why then WORRY;   Be FREE!         R.SAMPATH 6.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:       CHILDREN PLAYING IN STREETS A REVISIT TO THE MEMORY LANE!       For children, while the second home is school, the third home is the STREET;   More often, they set their feet on it;   Noisy scenes of children at play are an aural and visual TREAT;   They considered their sweat as SWEET;   Their friendship became CONCRETE!         They learned all life ARTS;   Like teamwork, cooperation, coordination, adjustments, accommodative gestures, taking victory and defeat alike, and, above all, how to steal HEARTS;   Besides designing lifestyle smart CHARTS;   Some developed into STALWARTS!         Many became owners of rare TALENTS;   A few skill GIANTS;   On select FRONTS;   Resolved to go to the rescue of the needy's REQUIREMENTS!         ...
