ENJOY THE RAINY SEASON

Image
FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:       ENJOY THE RAINY SEASON     Isn’t it intriguing and mind-boggling that water is a blend of Hydrogen and Oxygen? Everything is made up of atoms. An atom is the smallest particle of an element like Oxygen or Hydrogen. Atoms join together to form molecules. Likewise, a water molecule has three atoms viz. two Hydrogen (H) and one Oxygen (O) atom. Water is thus referred to as ‘H 2 0’ and a single drop contains millions of water molecules.   Having known what water is, let us delve into the mundane aspects of water.
