  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   MEMORY LANE WHO CAN FORGET THESE?     The School/College studied;   The classrooms you navigated;   The house you lived in, according to your oldest memory;   The first cycle and the first ride thereon during schooldays;   The final day you spent in school/college;   The day you received an order of appointment for a job, the first day in your workplace, and your first salary;   The day you purchased a two-wheeler or four-wheeler, and the first travel in them;   The house you purchased and the first day of your residence there;   The date and day of your marriage;   The day and date your first child was born and that of other children;   Days and dates of the wedding of your sons/daughters;   The births of your grandchildren;   The last day in your workplace before retirement and the farewell party;   And so on and so...

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   இயற்கை (NATURE)       இயற்கையை ரசிப்பவன் ஆக மாட்டான் தனிமை :   ஏனெனில் , அதில் ஒரு திகட்டா இனிமை ;   அழகின் அற்புதத் தன்மை ;   சலிப்பில்லா மகிமை !         அனைவரையும் கவரும் வானம் ;   அதன் வர்ணஜாலம் ;   அது வழங்கும் மழையும் ,   இயற்கையின் வரப்பிரசாதம் ,           நம்மை சுற்றி ஒலிக்கும் ஓசைகள் அற்புத கானம் ;   அதில் பலப்பல ராகம் ;   கண் கவர் காட்சிகள் இதயத்தை வருடும் ;   எல்லாம் மனநலத்தைப் பேணும் !         கா ற் று,  அலர்கதிர் ஞாயிறு , நிலவு , விண்மீன்கள் மற்றும் -   மலைகள் , நதிகள் , நீர்வீழ்ச்சிகள் , நீண்ட நெடிய கடல்கள் , வழங்கும் தோற்றம் ;   இன்னும் பல எண்ணிலடங்கா நில , நீர்வாழ் உயிரினங்கள் ,   அனைத்தும் நமக்குத் தரும் நல்ல வாழ்க்கை மாற்றம் , முன்னேற்றம் ;   இவையெல்...

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   UPHOLD THE DIGNITY OF WOMEN       We do a tall rooftop TALK;   But hardly do the CAKEWALK;   To safeguard and respect the WOMENFOLK;   Hassled by inequality and violence, women daily have their ROPEWALK!         Not a single day passes without a report of INHUMANITY;   Against females of all ages with INDIGNITY; What is the use of continuing the lack of BENIGNITY? Without stopping the INANITY and INSANITY;   In our VICINITY!         Ill-treatment of those who hold half the sky is a SIN;   There are many savagery and old-school thoughts to SHUN;  And to be thrown into the BIN;   There is no use making a DIN?   Let's behave ourselves and act WIN-WIN!       R.SAMPATH 23.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   WAITING -  காத்திருப்பு -  इंतज़ार, प्रतीक्षा     Waiting is part of any ACTIVITY;   It's an act of POSSITIVITY;   And also, a POSSIBILITY;   Neither PASSIVITY;   Nor NEGATIVITY;   Nothing comes instantaneously, and there is a lead time; that's the REALITY!         Waiting isn't WASTE;   It gives you time to plan what is NEXT?   And find the BEST;   Way to ACCOMPLISH!         Waiting isn’t boring or VEXATIOUS;   And not to negatively OBSESS;   It represents a progressive PROCESS;   Stay calm and cool even amid CHAOS;   And with hard work, you will taste the inevitable SUCCESS!         R.SAMPATH 20.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   ROUTE TO SUCCESS     The basic characteristic is one’s ATTITUDE;   That decides the APTITUDE;   Which, in turn, improves an individual's RECTITUDE!   Good ideals and traits in MULTITUDE;   That enhance mental strength MAGNITUDE;   To swing into action with immense FORTITUDE;   With CERTITUDE and DEFINITUDE!   As you get all-round support, you won't be in a state of SOLITUDE;   All these will finally take you to a high reputation ALTITUDE,   With people displaying their GRATITUDE!       R.SAMPATH 19.7.2026

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:   CAPTAIN     Be a benevolent leader or CAPTAIN;   Who will be reliable and CERTAIN;   Not ABSTAIN;   And will never let anyone DOWN;   Unlike a dictatorial CHIEFTAIN!         A good leader encourages effective COMMUNION;   And efficient COMMUNICATION;   Yes, he leads by self- EXEMPLIFICATION;   If needed, provides CLARIFICATION;   But avoids self-GLORIFICATION!         He prioritizes the team FIRST; At any COST;     That's what he claims as the BEST;   With him around and his advice, nothing is LOST!         R SAMPATH 18.7.2026
