Locus Standi

Origin: Latin (literally means ‘place of standing’).

லோகஸ்-ஸ்(t)டான்(d)டை (or) லோகஸ்-ஸ்(t)டான்(d)டி
Meaning:
A capacity to claim rights in a court of law - a legal right to deal with a matter - a right to bring an action or to appear in a court of law or before any authority on a given question - a right to represent someone, raise an issue or to be heard
தலையீட்டு உரிமை – வழக்குரிமை – குறிக்கீட்டு உரிமை – நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கிடும் வாதிடும் உரிமை
Example sentences:
