CHANGE IS ONLY PERMANENT
In this ever-transforming world, change
is only permanent. Change is the lifeline of progress, improvement and
empowerment. Even changes keep on changing in an endless spiral. In this mindboggling
speedy and competitive era if you don’t adopt and adapt to changes to remain
adept, you will be lost in the crowd! Changes add colour to life. Changes are
game-changer too.
A riot and
mélange of continuing discoveries and inventions are products of change that help
one keep abreast of and upgraded with the ever-revolutionizing and metamorphosizing
scenario. Changes unleash many better and improved choices of knowledge products, physical tools and emotional comforts providing one with the much-needed cutting edge to survive and excel in this
competitive world. Today, one is able to see the differences in the way we
live, work, communicate and relax when comparing to yesteryears. Change is a sine qua non for individuals,
organizations, society, country, and the world at large. Nowadays things get
outdated and a new trendy scenario is ushered in with every dawn. In commercial
world, unless an organization makes need-based changes, it may lag behind in the
market dynamics.
Sense, pick up the early signals of the
need for change even before it becomes obvious and compulsory, and implement it
risk-taking notwithstanding. Hesitation may cost you dearly! From the bullock
cart age we have had a phenomenal transition - bicycle, two-wheeler to giant
four-wheeler, train, airplane, rocket and mind-boggling space shuttles. All
these were due to the constant craving for change in the rat race for comfort
with speed!
Computer, now a fait accompli, was vehemently resisted when introduced at first, for
fear of mainly loss of job opportunities. The myth bubble was soon burst. Computer
software and hardware industries today offer a sea of job opportunities the
world over. None can live without it today. When one door closes, you search
for another door open to enter into fertile field(s) and reach out to greener
pastures - why regretfully look the closed doors? Change the philosophy that
would change the way you look at change.
To sum up,
changes are the game-changer. Aren’t they!
