Pronunciation:  Di-kaay - (‘de’ as in ‘did’, ‘coy’ as in ‘joy’) – (d)டிகாய்

 

Meaning:

 

Someone or something used to lead or lure another into a trap or danger – an artificial bird used to attract live birds within shot while hunting – to trick or confuse people especially something or someone that is not what it appears to be – something intended to attract people’s attention and deceive them

 

 

ஆசை காட்டி ஆபத்திற்கு இழுத்துச் செல்பவன் / செல்வது – கடத்தி செல்ல வசியப்படுத்துதல் – பொறிக்குள் சிக்கவைக்க உதவும் பொருள்/நபர் - உடந்தையாய் இருப்பவர், உள்ளாள், கையாள், தூண்டிற்பொருள்.
