Meaning:
A term of agreement to do or not to do a particular thing – a promise
incidental to a deed or contract either express or implied – a pact of binding
agreement between two or more parties to a contract, agreement, pact or
document (deed) – an incidental clause, commitment and/or obligation(s) in an
agreement.

Example sentences:
