INTERNATIONAL TONGUE TWISTER DAY

is observed on the second Sunday of November each year

 

 

Individuality is normality;

But, humility is a speciality;

Potentiality nourishes one’s personality;

But, assertibility is adorability!

 

 

Mediocrity is mostly the regularity:

But, celerity is necessarily spectacularity;

Dexterity is an adventurist supplementarity;

Familiarity begets familiarity!

 

 

Amenability doesn’t mean debility;

Nor amicability, fragility;

Agility is our ability;

Efficiency is our capability!

 


Sincerity and integrity should be one’s priority;

All right priorities point to your high maturity;  

Kindness and charity speak of your superiority;

None can overtake your popularity!

 

 

‘May happen’ is only a probability;

‘Yes, will happen’ is a sure possibility beyond questionability;

A bright future is incontrovertibility;

That we are rest assured of it is inexorability!

 

 

Never have a complex of inferiority;

For most people lack in scholarity!

 

 

The key to health is a timely diet and physical exercises with regularity;

To skip them smacks of immaturity!

 

 

Good human traits are sociability and approachability;

Ideal social objectives are morality and equality;

 

 

A yardstick of a good product is its durability;

Never declare anything without checking the factuality!

 

Always care for parity;

Have concern for individual's as well as society’s security;

Strive for purity and clarity;

Leave behind righteous lessons, inspiration, and tips for prosperity for posterity!

    Such a wonderful and creative article on Tongue Twister! The way you have woven all the “-ity” words together is both playful and impressive.
    It not only makes for a fun read but also beautifully conveys so many life lessons and values. 🌹🙏

    It instantly reminded me of the fun tongue twisters we’ve all tried🤣🤣
    1. How much wood would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood? As much wood as a woodchuck would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood! 😄
    2. Can you can a can as a canner can can a can? 🤪😝
    3. And of course, the famous Big B’s… कच्चा पापड़, पक्का पापड़! 🤣🤣

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:       THIRUMURUGA KRIPANANDA VARIYAR திருமுருக கிருபானந்த வாரியார் (25 August 1906 - 7 November 1993)   THIRUMURUGA KRIPANANDA VARIYAR was born on 25.8.1906 in Kangeyanallur near Vellore, Tamil Nadu.   He sowed divinity in the minds of the common man and words contemplated upon were humorously conveyed by him so as to grip the minds of his audience. He was affectionately and reverently called VARIYAR SWAMIGAL by people.   He had no formal education. However, he was brought up by his father himself at home giving him core divine knowledge and wisdom. Swamigal learned Tamil literature, grammar, and music, especially playing Veena.
