GREAT PEOPLE
FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:
GREAT
PEOPLE
Great
people aren't born grand:
Nor
do they wield a magic wand;
To
make things happen just on demand;
Nor
do they want, unlike self-styled leaders, a garland!
They,
of course, grow to be kind;
They
have sympathy and empathy toward humankind;
They
are Good Samaritans, rare to find;
They
have compassion and others' welfare and well-being in mind!
Exemplars,
they practice what they preach;
Noble
persons, they help others as they teach;
Pillars
of society, they make a benevolent conscience search;
Role
models, they make selfless service outreach.
Social
warriors, they fight for equality;
As
Crusaders, they earn public admiration and adorability;
As
Saviours, they have full credibility;
A big cheese, they dwell in the minds of common man with respectability!
A
real superstar, they extend their helping hand without disparity;
Extraordinary
exceptions, they mind their right of way with clarity:
People’s
icon, not in a big position, power or authority, they reign in people’s hearts with high
popularity;
An
Empire builder, they enjoy the fullest faith of people for their sense of right priority;
Persons
of distinction, they serve people with crystal clear purity;
Yes,
great people are great people with utmost integrity!
