Normal desires are innocuous and common;

Needless to say, a desire is an aspiration;

To fulfill which you need preparation;

With concentration;

And to undergo perspiration!

 

Let your desire not become greed;

Say 'no' to join that herd;

To avoid the situation becoming awkward;

Lest the outcome turns weird!

 

 

You can have a healthy desire for wealth;

A greedy person doesn't want to work but believes in stealth;

Let's not give in to ideas of filth;

Let's only try fair means to deal with!

Greed is a bottomless deep, wild pit;

Once fallen into it, you will never be able to extricate yourself even a bit;

Surely, you will get a hard and irrecoverable hit;

That will not allow you to comfortably sit or set!

 

 

A simple desire is the origin of any great achievement;

 

Leading to positive development and improvement;

 

Always desire to learn and practice for positive advancement;

 

Let your efforts match your positive dreams to become positive desires leading to action for betterment!

 

 

 

On the flip side, from the deepest greedy desires come even enmity and hate;

 

That may shut down your interactive and inter-personal gate;

 

Forcing you to face the ill-fate;

 

Make amends before it’s too late!
