SOME SENSIBLE SUGGESTIONS
FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:
SOME SENSIBLE SUGGESTIONS
One can
take it or leave it.
1.
At times, silence is the best eloquence.
2.
At times, no action is a good action.
3.
Better late than never.
4.
It's never too late to learn.
5.
It's better to get stuck in the way rather than reaching out.
6.
Better keep going in the right direction towards the right
destination, slowly though, than straying into a wrong direction/route towards a
wrong destination.
7.
While doing everything for oneself, do at least something for others.
8.
Sharing is caring and a way of life that brings joy to everyone
involved.
9.
Don't give any unsolicited advice or suggestions.
10. It's wise not to join the company and camp of foolish people with idle minds, and even if you happen to do so inadvertently, leave it immediately once you realize it.
11.
There is nothing more hateful than bad advice.
12.
No matter how long you have traveled in the wrong direction, you
always have the choice to turn around.
13.
One or a few good and caring friends are enough rather than many
self-centered ones.
14.
Misplaced trust or sympathy for undeserving people is dangerous
because they may exploit or deceive you.
15.
The idea that popular belief does not equate to truth is a
cornerstone of critical thinking and is formally known as the 'argumentum ad populum'
or 'appeal to popularity.' The notion that something must be true because
"everyone says so" is a logical fallacy.
16.
Sometimes, what we see and hear may not be true. You need to
inquire and probe using your ingenuity to unearth and ferret
out the truth.
17.
Sometimes, haste makes waste, as doing things too quickly often
leads to mistakes, poor results, or wasted resources and effort.
