FAMILY - An Attempted Definition

 

Man is hardware, wife is software;

The duo complements each other;

And operate computer-like life together;

Yes, they keep life in appropriate gear and steer;

Like the two parallel steel rails of the railway track running forever;

Always keeping themselves astir!

 

Parents are asset to children ;

Children are a gift of God and a pillar of strength to parents;

Elders are fond of children;

Children like elders, especially grandparents;

Without any inhibitions!

 

Mother's love is limitless;

Father's commitment is matchless;

Son's caring for parents is priceless;

Daughter's affection and longing for parents, even after marriage, is ceaseless;

Parents' blessings will never go fruitless!

 

Daughter-in-law is key to posterity and prosperity;

Son-in-law is a bridge of relations with complementarity;

Brother-in-law is an extension of solidarity;

Sisters-in-law represent the upgradation of the family's propriety!

 

Uncles can be well-wisher relations;

Aunts can be advisers for robust solution;

Cousins, nephews, nieces, and others are other versions;

And different dimensions to make life come a full cycle with great recognition!



Of course, some friends are also as good as family members by virtue of their closeness, compatibility, and common acceptability!

  FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:       THIRUMURUGA KRIPANANDA VARIYAR திருமுருக கிருபானந்த வாரியார் (25 August 1906 - 7 November 1993)   THIRUMURUGA KRIPANANDA VARIYAR was born on 25.8.1906 in Kangeyanallur near Vellore, Tamil Nadu.   He sowed divinity in the minds of the common man and words contemplated upon were humorously conveyed by him so as to grip the minds of his audience. He was affectionately and reverently called VARIYAR SWAMIGAL by people.   He had no formal education. However, he was brought up by his father himself at home giving him core divine knowledge and wisdom. Swamigal learned Tamil literature, grammar, and music, especially playing Veena.
