MUSIC TO EARS
FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:
MUSIC
TO EARS
Cock-a-doodle-doo
of a rooster at dawn;
Chirping
of birds;
Whisper
of a light breeze;
Rustling
of tree leaves while colliding with each other;
Pitter-patter
of rain;
Babbling,
trickling, or rippling of water-flow in rills, rivulets, and/or streams;
Hissing
and swirling movements of 'to and fro' sea-waves at the edge of the coast;
Clip-clop
of moving/galloping horse;
Gossip
of people from a distance:
Laughter
of naive children;
Roaring
waterfall, harsh though;
Rattling
sound of a train crossing a river bridge.
- Aren’t these music to ears?
