Windows are the gateway for entry of air, light, and heat, INSIDE;

 

Besides helping you watch the world OUTSIDE;

 

It’s not just to look at the goings-on in our vicinity ALONGSIDE;

 

Nearby buildings, passing traffic, local greenery, and the community activities - in short, your immediate NEIGHBOURHOOD;


It arrests your sagging MOOD,

 

Offering you peace of MIND; 

 

It could even be an open balcony, PROTRUDED;

 

Or a contiguous extension duly PROTECTED;

 

Or a sit-in with an aesthetic architecture - partly COVERED and partly UNCOVERED;

 

The murmuration of BIRDS, whichever that FLUTTERED and CHIRPED!

 

Last but not least, windows include that in vehicles too - trains, buses, and the like - which may take you by WONDER!

FROM SAMPATH’S DESK:                 NETAJI SUBASH CHANDRA BOSE (23 January 1897-18 August 1945) PARAKRAM DIWAS - (DAY OF VALOUR)   Subash Chandra Bose was born on 23 rd January 1897 in Cuttack in the erstwhile Orissa Division of Bengal Province of the British India.   Though born into a large, wealthy, well-educated, and privileged Bengali family, the fire in him for the freedom of India was rather inextinguishable, and his thirst unquenchable. The British rulers jailed him in 1921-1922 because he took active interest in our national independence struggle.
